The highest trading activity takes place during the European and American sessions, so these hours are considered the best time to trade. During this period, most transactions are carried out, and trading spreads are the lowest.

The spreads on forex will vary depending on underlying market prices. In most conditions we can usually offer our minimum spread, but under certain market conditions, - such as over the release of key economic figures, during periods of volatile market conditions, and during the sometimes illiquid European night time - spreads may be wider.
