Deposits and Withdrawals
At AdroFx, making deposits and withdrawals is simple and straightforward and takes almost no time at all.
There are no limitations on deposits. The minimum deposit seen in the table will be commission-free. Lower amounts can be deposited and all fees will be charged.
When an account is deemed inactive (no trading activity) for a period of 6 months, we will apply a 5 EUR/ USD/ GBP inactivity fee.
In the event of no trading activity, or if any form of abuse is discovered in relation to the refund policy, AdroFx reserves the right to reclaim any refund fees. If you request to withdraw your funds after no trading activity, AdroFx reserves the right to charge you the equivalent amount of any bank fees incurred, or 3% of the total withdrawal amount.
Deposits are processed instantly in the event that no additional verification is required. AdroFx is not responsible for any transfer delays you may experience due to a service interruption in the payment processor's system.
Please note that some issuing banks may not allow credit/debit card deposits. If you are affected, please choose another option or contact your account service manager for assistance.
It may take up to 24 hours for the card withdrawal to proceed depending on your bank's processing. it will reach your account in 3-14 business days. If the funds do not reach your account within 14 business days, please contact us for assistance. If the client deposits by card and does not make any trades, the withdrawal fee is 6%.
