European DST ends 2023

We'd like to remind you that on the night of October 28 to 29, 2023, the countries of the European Union will revert to Standard time from Daylight saving time. In the USA, the same will happen on the night of November 4 to 5, 2023. As a result, the trading schedule is to be changed in the following way
